There are 11 homes, some new and some remodeled, to be featured this year. They are spread throughout Summit County in Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco and Silverthorne.  That is about half there have been in recent years indicating a sign of the economic times.

The last two weekends of September each year are two of the most important economically because construction is the second largest industry in Summit County.  In 2004, the Summit County Builders Association sold tickets and the proceeds are donated to The Summit Foundation, that funds nonprofits — arts and culture, education, environment, health and human services, sports and recreation and neighboring communities.

$15 tickets can be bought online at www.mountainliving.com and include a complementary year’s subscription to Mountain Living magazine.
